By placing an order on this site you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Your statutory rights

Nothing contained within these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a customer.

The website

We reserve the right to change details and prices on any part of this site, including these terms and conditions, at any time and without prior notice. We will, however, honour any order placed before such changes were made.

Delivery area

We will deliver frozen fish to most parts of the Great Britain, excluding some northerly and western parts of Scotland where there is no guarantee for "next day" delivery. ie Scottish upper highlands ab31-ab38, ab40-56, iv1 to iv28 iv 39 to iv36, iv 40,iv52 to iv54 etc. We cannot deliver to Northern Ireland.

Payment

We will debit your credit/debit card when your order is taken. Should your order include an item that is out of stock on the despatch date, we will either offer you an alternative product or refund your money. We will always attempt to call you as well as e-mail. 

Delivery

Deliveries will be made Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday of each week (to be confirmed when order is placed). If we anticipate any difficulties concerning the delivery date, we will contact you to arrange a mutually acceptable alternative. The courier must leave the package at your address, unless you leave clear leaving instructions they will leave your package by your front door out of sight from the main road if possible. They can leave it with a next door neighbour if instructed but not at a totally different location.

Our guarantee

We aim to supply frozen fish of the highest standard. If you are not entirely happy with the quality of our fish, we will refund your money.

Cancellation of orders

You may cancel your order at any time up to the closing time for acceptance of orders. We will refund your payment in full.

Personal details

We will not pass on any details about you to any person not directly employed by us, unless required to do so by law.

You may call our customer helpline on 0208 890 4549. If the line is not attended, please leave a message. the phones are only manned between 9am-4pm mon- fri and 9-1pm sat. We aim to respond to all calls within 24 hours. Alternatively, you may email us at dax.bradley@btconnect.com

Complaints handling

We sincerely hope that you never have cause to complain about our service or products. If, despite our best efforts you do have a complaint, please call 02088904549 and leave a message we will deal with the complaint as quickly as possible.

  • We do not release any information we hold about our customers to any third part unless we are required to do so by law.
  • All our information is collected by contacting us, placing an order and/or by signing up via our registration web page.
  • If you do not wish to receive emails informing you of promotions or other services we provide, please email us to let us know.
  • We store all customer delivery and contact details to enable customers to place additional orders without having to fill in their details again. If you do not wish for us to retain this information, please email us to let us know.
  • We NEVER allow any third party to use our customer details.
  • We do not permit on our web site third party or cross web site tracking cookies and we fully support users who block such cookies.
  • The web site uses temporary and permanent cookies of the type which browsers keep private to our web site. This is required, since it is the most secure mechanism available to distinguish users from each other and to keep order information private.
    In addition we set Cookies relating to Google Analytics to get aggregated statistics to measure web site performance and to improve the quality of web pages.
  • For additional security, we never store any information in our cookies which could have meaning to a third party, we simply request that your browser stores code numbers which only our web site can match to your order information. You may can prevent your browser using cookies and still browse the web site, however, as with all secure e-commerce web sites the shopping cart and other login features cannot work. The banks payment gateway also requires cookies. Please note that the recommended web browsing security level automatically set by most browsers, cookie blocking and privacy software will allow our site to operate normally; Most users will not have to change their settings in order to use our site and make payments.
  • Our web site logs all activities on the site and associated cookie information. This is primarily for securing reasons and to help protect customers. We keep this information private and only use it for security, improving performance of the web site, detecting and investigating problems and for helping customers use the site.
